Merguez Sausages with Zaalouk Roasted Eggplant Salad. The fresh sausages are home-made in the Hello Chef kitchen, spiced with ras-el-hanout and other signature spices. Moroccan warm eggplant salad Zaalouk is the perfect low-carb side dish for these juicy and spicy sausages.
