This recipe comes with a Tzatziki dip, which is quite popular in this part of the world although it originally comes from Greece. It’s a side used with many seafood dishes as well as the traditional Mandi, Madhbi and Madfoon dishes found in every corner of the UAE.

This time we are using the Tzatziki next to a crunchy but soft Cashew Crusted Pesto Cod. Needless to say it’s delicious & unique in every way. A special dish for a special day.
