Chef’s Choice: Crustless Chicken Taco Pie

As you might have noticed from our blog post and newsletter email the other week, all our eggs are now organic, free-range and locally produced! To celebrate it, we put a few nice egg dishes on the menu this week. Cook, for example, the Chef’s Choice: Spicy Crustless Chicken Taco Pie with Salad. It’s a wonderful comfort meal to have after a busy day!

Teriyaki salmon, vegan meatball spaghetti, rustic salad, organic eggs… Enjoy!

What else is good next week?

Start your week with beautiful seafood. The Mediterranean Fish and Prawn Stew can be enjoyed as a low-carb dish, or with any kind of side: pasta, rice, roasted potatoes, mash… Or, opt for the Asian-inspired Teriyaki Salmon with Toasted Sesame Seeds and Rice. It’s a customer favourite, for a good reason!

Making Monday meatless will be as easy as ever. Fool your taste buds (and those of others!) and select the Vegan Meatball Spaghetti into your box. The “meatballs” are made from Beyond Meat Burger patties. The box is very much worth that tick mark!

If you’re a fan of having a big salad for dinner, you’re in for a serious treat. The Gourmet Recipe of the week is a Rustic Fresh Tuna Nicoise Salad with Roasted Potatoes and Peppers. With all those good things going into it, this salad is worth calling Tuesday evening a date night!

Get the family together over a homey meal on Wednesday to make plans for the weekend. Cook the Cheesy Garlic Chicken with Potatoes and Green Vegetables, or the Homemade Beef and Carrot Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries. These are great meals for the whole family to enjoy.
