Our easy one-pot recipes not only require minimal washing up, but they also provide wholesome, delicious dinners that can be on the table in 30 minutes. With the wintery weather and misty mornings taking hold in Dubai, what more could you ask for than a cosy midweek meal to bring that dose of comfort to your day?

Greek Lamb Meatballs with Bean Stew and Feta

This Greek one-pot is packed with plenty of fresh flavours, protein and morish feta cheese. We’d recommend serving it with some warm crusty bread – great for mopping up any leftover sauce!

An obvious one-pot choice! A creamy risotto is the ultimate comfort food. This one is packed full of green veg, but feel free to customise the ingredients to suit your taste (or what’s leftover in the fridge!) Remember to stir throughout for that added creamy consistency.
