Our key sustainability highlights in 2023

Welcome to our second annual sustainability report. This report covers our main highlights and achievements across the last 12 months as we continue our journey to becoming a more sustainable business. 

2023 saw some exciting happenings at Hello Chef. Here’s a summary of our key highlights, which we approach in more detail in the report: 

> We became the UAE’s first F&B company to become a certified B Corp organisation

> We secured Hello Chef’s new home in the form of a larger facility in Dubai

> We introduced a new recycling program, extending beyond cardboard to cover a range of materials

> We significantly reduced the amount of plastic we use per serving

> We enhanced our relationships with suppliers through improved transparency and accountability

> We launched more than 300 new recipes on the menu, in addition to bringing themed menus to our customers 

2024 will see plenty of big changes for the business, starting with us shortly moving into Hello Chef’s new HQ. The team are also working hard on a host of new additions to both our physical and digital products, which we hope will truly make our customer’s lives easier. We can’t wait to tell you more about what’s in store!
