Chef’s Choice: Black Pepper Tofu

This recipe has always been a special one to Olivia & the rest of the team. Olivia will tell you why in the new episode of our Chef’s Choice vlog: Black Pepper Tofu with Broccoli and Jasmine Rice.

The recipe is fairly simple, all you need to do is cut the tofu into cubes, mix it up with the corn starch and fry it. After that you prepare the rice, cut up the vegetables & separate the Broccoli florets. You’ll steam the broccoli, fry the vegetables & mix them up with soy sauce, grounded black peppercorns, rice vinegar & brown sugar. Finally, you can start plating and garnishing using the rest of the spring onion and chili.

No matter how you choose to plate this, it will always look very tempting.
