Tired of fad diets but still wanting to keep an eye on your calorie count?
Eating well shouldn’t be a chore, and it’s never been easier to plan your meal times to suit your health and fitness goals with our new Calorie Smart recipe range.
Select up to 4 low calorie recipes per week that total approximately 600 calories or less per serving. Consider your macros in our simple breakdown printed on every recipe card, and enjoy nutritious, flavour-packed dinners in your meal kits every week!
The best bit? Carbs are welcome as part of our new range. We’re tired of seeing diets villainize carbohydrates when they’re a vital source of slow-releasing energy. In our Calorie Smart collection, expect to find hearty dishes that feature carby favourites, such as rice and potatoes – while still falling under our calorie criteria. We feel that this makes the range a more long-term solution for those looking to watch their intake, while still feeling satisfied that they’re able to enjoy some of their favourite food.

Boursin Chicken with Green Beans and Tomatoes
This dish is one of our favourites on the new range because its creamy sauce makes it feel oh-so-indulgent, yet it comes in at just 524 calories!

Inspired by paella, this comforting risotto is spiced with warming paprika and saffron. It’s hearty comfort food at its finest, and has us reminiscing on spending our summer nights in dimly-lit Spanish alcoves. Oh, to travel again!
