Meet Catherine Mediavillo, 33, our Customer Loyalty Representative. Whether you wish to update your recipe selection, or you’re anxiously waiting for your box to arrive, just give her a call. This customer service superwoman will put your mind at ease with her soothing tone and her swift manner of making things right!

Many of you know and remember very well our lovely Jannelle! She is still here as well, and you might occasionally hear her perky voice on the phone. But now it’s time to let Catherine give a friendly reminder about how and why to invite all your friends to enjoy Hello Chef services.

Catherine is usually the first to know how a new customer has heard about Hello Chef. Many times the answer is: “through friends”.

So, how does it work, referring a friend? Let’s have Catherine walk us through it!

Go to your account and click on “Invite Friends”. Type your friend’s email address and hit “Send Invites”.

When your friend receives the referral link on her email, she just needs to click on it. The link directs her to “Create an Account” page. When she creates her Hello Chef account and places her first order, a discount of AED 100 is reflected automatically on the checkout.

You, as the friend who referred, will then get AED 100 store credit on your own Hello Chef account. It will be automatically applied with the payment of your next box. You can also see all the store credits you earned, on your account.
