Tuesday delivery is now available!

In line with the UAE’s new work week and in an effort to offer more flexibility, we have added Tuesday as an option to receive your Hello Chef delivery. With this new update, we are now delivering 6 days a week!

By switching to Tuesday, our current Monday customers now have the ability to continue receiving their delivery on the second day of the working week. If you are a current Monday customer, you’ll be prompted to switch your delivery day when you next log in to your Hello Chef account.

As always, it is really easy to change your delivery day and time to suit your schedule by visiting Plan Settings in your account. Tuesday delivery is available to customers based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Al Ghadeer.

Why would I receive my order on Tuesday?

Tuesday deliveries are a great option for those who like to cook during the work week and dine out at weekends. Alternatively, if you enjoy the convenience of cooking with us every night of the week, why not double up on your orders and schedule a box for Friday and a box for Tuesday? That way, with our flexible 3, 4, or 5 recipe boxes, you’re covered for the entire week! To add a second box to your subscription, log in to your account and select ‘Start a second plan’ from the drop-down menu.

Has the new work week affected any existing delivery times?

In light of the new work week, we have widened our delivery windows for Sunday orders in line with the following:

For Ajman, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah customers, we have widened our current delivery window (9am – 1pm) to 9am – 6pm.
